Job Summary

We are looking for a smart, energetic, and organized Office Assistant to support our daily operations and help the office run smoothly. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle office documents and maintain proper records
• Prepare quotations, invoices, and other business documents using the system
• Assist with basic accounting and bookkeeping tasks
• Manage company social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, etc.)
• Answer incoming phone calls and coordinate with clients and vendors
• Provide general support to the office team to ensure smooth operations
• Assist in organizing meetings, events, and office-related activities

Candidate Requirements

• Female, age 21–28
• Basic knowledge of accounting and office system handling
• Computer literacy (MS Office, email, internet)
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage
• Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced office environment
